Protocol: POP
Email address: your full email address (e.g. example@hotmail.com)
Username: your full email address (e.g. example@hotmail.com)
Password: your account password
POP Server: pop3.live.com
Security Type: SSL
Server Port: 995
SMTP Server: smtp.live.com
Security Type: TLS
Server Port: 25 (if you have any problems with this, try using 587)

If you want to setup push mail for your Live mail account, you need to use Exchange ActiveSync instead of POP. The advantage of using ActiveSync is that you can also sync your contacts and your calendar entries to your phone as well.
